Our rosé cider is a blend of hand-pressed heirloom Michigan apples aged in French oak barrels. It is truly cider make like wine with floral notes and a dry, crisp finish.
Rosé pours with the light pink of spring apple blossoms, with bright floral notes and hints of fresh-picked apple, grapefruit peel, and green strawberry. The finish is clean with just a slight tartness.

Floral apple and straw aroma. Pink-yellow color. Lightly sweet floral apple, light berry, and dry hay flavor. Good body. Very pleasant.

Very nice. Red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/rose/floral/herbal/yeast earth; lt honey/vanilla/oak/spice. Semisweet/med carb. Lt acid/tannic drying. Very flavorful/refreshing. Great fruit complexity/balance. Delicious, spot on stuff.
