Very nice. Sour lemon/lime/orange/grapefruit/peel/zest/peppercorn/hay/straw/grass/wheat/cracker/bread/leather/musty funk/vinegar. Fairly tart/tangy/spicy. Creamy/grainy/acid/tangy med body. Fairly drying, no pucker. Smooth/not overly lactic. Well made.
