Traditional German ale. Soft malt and refreshing fruit aroma. Clean and crisp with a subtle dryness. Named after our first employee and sales rock star!

Great! Cracker/dough/toast/biscuit/herbal/floral/grass/pepper. Fairly bitter. Bready/grainy/sticky lt-med body. Crisp/clean/refreshing. Flavorful/not watery. Very clean lagering, min fruity notes. Loved it! Spot on style example as expected.
