Vår New England UPA är som våra andra ölsorter en färsköl. All humle har tillsatts till vörten under kylning samt vid jäsning. Omältad vete och havre kan tillsammans med humleoljorna från torrhumlingen skapa grumlighet. Humle: Amarillo, Citra, Eldorado och Mosaic.

How: Bottle.
Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, malt, pineapple, pine.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, tropical fruit, pineapple.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Buttery papaya aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Butter, papaya and freshly cut bell pepper. Low bitterness.

Bottle from Systembolaget web, bought in May 2019. Hazy golden/orange with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruit, some butter and grass. Some medicine in the finish. Not the best Neipa out there.
