Hvitvinsfarget med bobler. Frisk med smak av syrlige epler og litt vanilje. Godt med kullsyre.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear very pale straw with no real head. Quite floral, green apple, gooseberries, chalk, soft alcohol, lime, vanilla. Very light sweet, a touch more sour. Over light bodied, over medium dry. Quite dry for a medium, otherwise too watery.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a pale, white and quickly dissipating head. Dry apple aroma - some pear too. Light bodied, dry and faint apple notes and very fizzy. So if this is what they call medium dry, I’m really curious about their dry version! 151124

YG 070824. Straw color with no head. Aroma is apple, grass. Flavor is apple, apple core, grass, flower. Ordinary cider.

Bottle. A clear, straw colored, very lightly sparkling cider. The aroma is quite gentle, mostly fresh apple juice, with a very light grassy, flowery touch. It's mediu bodied and semi-dry, with a gentle carbontion. Fresh apple and some grass and apple cores in the flavor. Quite short finish. Flawless but dull and uninteresting. 240806

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Gãvle. Pours clear pale straw coloured with a white head that immediately dissipates. Aroma of ripe apples; moderate to medium sweet with a rather acidic finish. Quite okay.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Sure it feels rather natural but not hitting any appley sweet notes or bitter boozy ones. Clear watery look. It might be natural tasting but it's quite boring...agree on minerality.

Bottle from SB. Clear golden with white head. Somewhat tart apple skin, touch of vanilla. Clean and sparkling, but a bit chalky. High minerality.
