It's a cluster in here today. Don't come in. Beer is good. Super dry tart.

Bottle sample at tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy golden. Funk, flowers, oak, some stale hops, sourish, bitterish finish, some alcohol.

10-04-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. If you know you can recognize the double ipa base beer with its more sticky maltiness and some sweeter malts. But then some wild yeast. Brett dryness.

Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of sour notes with unrefined grainy malt notes is not all that pleasant. Taste is also a weird mix of vinous notes with some sour notes with unrefined grain malt notes also perceptible. Body is average with OK carbonation. Unbalanced sour beer with some off-flavours.

75cl bottle @ Chez Sophie Christmas Beer Tasting 2018. Pours a hazed golden amber, off-white head. Vibrant white wine on the nose. Crisp and bright on the palate, taste presents sharp wild sour complexities given a welcome warmth and sweetness by the chardonnay influence. A little acetic presence. An impressive, complex barrel-aged wild sour.

From bottle. Pours a guava hue, with almost no carbonation. Barrel notes on nose. Astringent and dry, with lingering vinegary character. Intriguing but not quite all it could be.
