From tap at Finne, Münster. Dark malt aroma with caramel, mocha, coffee, touch of cappucino, milk chocolate. Moderate sweet, has some creaminess. Could be a bit more robust/heavy, but nice as it is.

Brown with a frothy, beige head. Toffee and milk chocolate aroma that stays fairly mild. Taste has a mild, roasted bitterness. Finishes slightly sweeter with lingering milk chocolate. Body to the light side of medium with a watery texture that’s out of place. Flawed.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before March 2022. Hazy, brown with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, chocolate, toasted nuts and some raisins. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity taste of caramel, cocoa, toasted nuts and light raisins, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately dry and a little herbal finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, albeit a bit boring Ale, leans towards one of those nutty brown ales.
