Op & Top is Brouwerij de Molen's hoppy blond session ale. A beer to replace your all-evening lager. This is very easy going, refreshing, hoppy and thirst quenching. Same as a lager, but Op & Top has flavor as well ;) Flavor indication: Malty, herbal, citrus Translates as On top & the best or something like At its best

Hazy medium amber colour, medium frothy off-white head, mostly lasting, fair lacing. Fruity aroma, lemon, grapefruit, grass, bit yeasty. Taste medium bitter and light sweet, citrus and barley notes. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft cabonation, aftertaste mild bitter, herbal notes, bit metallic notes.

Tap at Le Senk. Aroma hoppy, resiny, grapefruit, flowery. Piney. Light biscuity. Almost clear amber colour. Taste rather bitter, flowery, piney. Long earthy bitter finish. Very easily drinkable. Thin to moderate body.

Pours a very murky amber brown color, topped with average and lasting white head. Mild fruity aroma, some grassy hops. Taste starts with mild bitterness that lasts throughout. Grassy and very refreshing. Not bad.
