330ml @ Alex's. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: roasted malts, a bit oxydized, moderately sweet, some dark fruits. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good one.

bottiglia 33 cl, vintage 02.10.17, bel cappello di schiuma color cappuccino fine persistente, colore nero, al naso cacao caffè caramello vino porto, in bocca è piena liquorosa vino porto caramello cioccolato al latte frutta secca vaniglia, corpo strutturato, alcool perfettamente bilanciato, carbonazione moderata (non guasta), attacco molto dolce compensato da un amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Ricorda vagamente una barleywine. Ottima! Equilibrata, non ti stanca fino all’ultimo sorso. c. Beer-shop.it 08.11.19

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours dark brown, reddish with a small brown head. Aromas of malts, dark fruits, figs, dates, raisins, malty, light roast, chocolate. Taste is sweet, standard de molen overly heavy, boozy, sweetness. Fruity, bitter, sticky caramel, chocolate.

Thanks Shuichi for sharing the bottle! Poured into a wineglass showing dark brown with half a finger of latte colored foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of cherry and bourbon. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Cherry and bourbon diseases throughout. Quite strange.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Malt, licorice and apple syrup in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweet flavor with licorice and apple syrup. Salty notes. Hints of ash and smoke in the finish. Indeed, as the name says: beautiful and ruthless. Bottled in juni 2010, tasted april 2014. Dark brown color. caramel and sherry in the aroma. Malty sweet sherry-like, almost liquorish flavor. Remains of grassy, citric hops. Hints of rubber. Has matured well.
