Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Black with small head. Moderately sweet creamy chocolate fudge malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Full bodied - mild earthy finish like sassafras/sarsaparilla. Excellent.

Draft: Pours nearly black with a small tan head. Coffee, chocolate aroma. Taste is lightly sweet and malty....roasty chocolate malt, coffee. Drinks lightly..... Solid.
