Draft: Bubbly, hazy gold with a short, white head. Honey, grass, grain scent. Slightly bitter grain malt taste. Grassy hops. Pretty easy-drinking.....not bad.

Draft. Light golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of hay, herbs with a hint of canned vegetables. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A bit thin for the style; it’s missing the malt breadiness and sweetness of a Great Lakes Dortmunder, for example. Style aside, there’s a lingering bitterness that’s nice. Easy drinking.
