Our Davy Jones’ Lager is fermented using lager yeast at “ale” temperatures, then slowly lowered down to “lager”, taking the yeast from the top down to Davy Jones’ Locker.

Can. Sweet grainy malt and light grassy aroma. Slightly hazed gold with a huge off-white head. Sweet bready malt and grassy hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, moderate carbonation. A bit sweet for my personal preference.

Can: Clear gold with a tall, frothy, busy, off-white head. Grain, honey-lemon aroma. Taste is softly bitter, grassy hops, grain malt. A nice little beer...tasty.

12 ounce can from Vintage Cellar. Pours a clear golden amber color with a large frothy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of grassy hops, raw malt, some toasted malt. The taste is green, grassy hops and pale malts. Medium bodied. Seems very "young."
