An ale created with a distinctly Belgian character. Bright, crisp and refreshing with subtle spice and honey notes. Brewed from Sorghum and Rice Extract.

A total steaming pile of crap like everything else in this line. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this "beer" poured a caramel amber color with a medium sized soapy off white head that lingered but left no lacing. The aroma was malty but off with hints of caramel and bread dough. The flavor was simply disgusting - offly malty, medicinal, raw dough. Long medicinal finish with ever growing medicinal disgustingness. Medium body. I can’t say enough bad things about this.

Stolen from my dear roommate: Pours loudly fizzy in the palest yellow. Aroma is kind of like cheap champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling cider or something along those lines. Taste is slightly sweet, but mostly bad. Tastes like a weird, really cheap champagne/cider hybrid. Ugh.

Bottle @ MJ’s place. Pours a light yellow appearance with a tiny white head. Bizarre papery, lemon, apple, weird corny, disgusting aroma. Tangy apple, cleanser, tart, papery flavor. Would not drink again.

From a bottle, big bubbles head. Lots of visible carbonation. Somewhat plastic volatile aroma, good whiff, knocks my head back.. Stronger bandade taste, yes, plasticity carries over to the flavor, too. Good co2 but this is almost as rude as my homemade apple cider. Maybe equally offensive. Somethings sticking out in this brew. Quite pointed. Not impressed. Seems like much more than 5%.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma does suggest Belgian yeast/spice. Med body. Flavor goes a bit wonky. Kind of honey/vanilla. IMHO it’s much more like a cider than a Belgian. It even has a touch of "skin" astringency. Forgetting the attempted style, this may be the most drinkable of the NP gfs.

Clear, bubbly gold with a thin, soapy cap. Aroma is vanilla. Taste is honey, and heavy vanilla....concentrated vanilla.....like a Little Trees Air Freshener. For a "natural" product, it seems shockingly synthetic....and why they chose to call it a Belgian, baffles me. A little creamy rice, but predominately vanilla. Different, to say the least.
