The key ingredient to a good summer is a great brew! Born to play, Pete’s Wicked Rally Cap Ale is crafted with a special blend of pale and wheat malts, Mt. Hood hops and a smack of natural lemon.

Clear straw-colored body topped by a medium off-white head. This reminds me a bit of a malt liquor without the impurities- rather sweet and adjuncty. Grassy/earthy hops. This beer swings for the pitcher’s mound and makes it to second base.

Clear pale golden coloured body with a dense soapy white head. Aroma of fresh hops, bright lemons, some wheat and definate soap. Light-bodied; Noticeable hoppiness present with some light wheat flavours and some subtle citrus roaming in the background. Aftertaste light and refreshing and definately good for the summer. Actually, a nice summer beer-a bit better than their ’Summer Brew’ and perhaps the best blonde I’ve had in a long time! I got this twelve ounce bottle from Premier Gourmet in Buffalo, New York and sampled it on 25-May-2004.

Bleh, I get no citrus/lemon out of this. Only a weird buttery malt, an even weirder tang, and an out of place thick bitter finish.
