Sample during Blarney Wine Festival 2025 on 03/15/2025. Clear dark copper color with a medium frothy off-white head that recedes gradually to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, caramel, fruit and hops. Medium to full body with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit and earthy hops. The finish is mildly hoppy up front with a sweet malt aftertaste. Hops have faded but still holding up pretty well.
9.6% abv, ruby red, nose of caramel, dark fruits, malty, brown sugar, sharp, metallic off flavors, i really don’t like it. dnf drainpour
OMT Advent Day 5 - 5 years old. Had to rely on Haket for this one and they definitely delivered a suiting OMT.
