Our first beer, a fruity IPA brewed with Saaz and Simcoe hops and then dry hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo to give it a wonderful citrus scent.

THT December. Bottle shared. Unclear golden with white head. Sweet and dry malts, soft grassy, mild floral and fruity. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and quite some strong carbonation.

Sampled at THT December. Bit hazy darker golden with white head. Soft caramel malts, soft citrus, bread, grassy hops, orange. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Quite OK.
