(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Slightly dusty, sour-wheaty and slightly lactic aroma with fruity notes of apples, citrus and hints of barnyard/brett in the backyard. Mildly sour and slightly tart flavour, light bodied with a creamy carbonation. Balanced wheaty, slightly lactic and fruity hoppy taste with notes of citrus, apples and grapefruit; mildly sour and tart finish. Pleasant. 09.VI.18
