Orange, hazy body, with a big, stable, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of citrus, moderate spices, Brett, grassy hops, some wheat.
Tastes quite similar, with the hops more prominent.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes citric, moderate spicy, a bit Bretty, hoppy, a bit wheaty.
Really nice. The hops are quite prominent, with the Brett in the background, while still noticeable. Drinks fresh and easy, while still really aromatic, especially for the low ABV.

330ml bottle, accompanying my aubergine and lentil stuffed mushrooms. From trade with Dunklermessias. Many thanks Jan! Pours a misty pale yellow, thin bubbly ring atop. Aroma has nice refreshing sherbetty lemon. Crisp and bretty floral in character with a soft sugary brett sweetness. Soft acidity. Pleasant bretty berliner.

Glass draft @ In De Wildeman. Golden, creamy white. Nose is lovely lemon, great sour, elder flowers, grain,.. Very nice sour lemon, salty, mineral, lemon, elderflowers, juicy sour lemon, really tasty & I loved it so much more than their other Berliner Weisse’s.

Bottle, thanks Hrabren! Murky pale yellow body, lasting white head. Huge lactic, bretty and citrusy aroma. Citrusy taste, lemony touches with a mild, elegant tartness, blended in fine. Soft and nice!

0.33 l bottle from Ambrosetti, Berlin. Shared with Marko and vsxsv. Murky yellow, small off-white head. Mild acidity, light cheese. Light citrusy and fruity. Mild acidity in flavour also. Not very sour. Wild character in the finish. Watery. Light body. Soft to moderate carbonation.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Slightly dusty, sour-wheaty and slightly lactic aroma with fruity notes of apples, citrus and hints of barnyard/brett in the backyard. Mildly sour and slightly tart flavour, light bodied with a creamy carbonation. Balanced wheaty, slightly lactic and fruity hoppy taste with notes of citrus, apples and grapefruit; mildly sour and tart finish. Pleasant. 09.VI.18
