Draught at Owl Farm: pours slightly misty with a white head. Aroma is lightly funky with a touch of hops. Taste is lightly sour, subdued hops as is usual for such beers. Not bad.

Bottle at Craftbeer Corner Coeln. Nose is lactic acid, lemon, herbs. Hazy gold with a huge, airy head. Tart, funky flavor, yogurt, lemon, peppery hops, herbs. Amazingly refreshing and crisp.

1/4/2019. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! Pours cloudy pale yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of lemon meringue pie, light herb, hint of pepper and clove, grass and yeast. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Light body, slight watery texture, quite fizzy carbonation. Light and refreshing, though too fizzy.

0.33 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before December 2018. Slow gusher! Clear, pale golden with a large, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite funky, fairly fruity aroma horse blanket, lemon gooseberry, white grapes, a touch of straw and traces of rhubarb. Minimally sweet, moderately sour, gently funky and rather fruity taste of lemon, horse blanket, quince, a touch of rhubarb and traces of wheat, followed by a short, moderately tart, gently dry and slightly funky finish. Thin body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Nice mellow Berliner Weisse with a lovely funkiness, exactly how I like them. Quite a surprise to me as I didn't like some other Schneeeules in recent time because of overpowering acidity.

Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is pig stables, funk, apple, lactic, Brett. Body is medium, a bit thin but not watery at all lemon juice, strong carbonation, lactose, little salt. But all very balanced and tasty. Good!

F: big, white, average retention. C: yellowish, hazy. A: fruity, bretty, peach, floral, woody, bit Sulphur, horse blanket. T: light malty backbone, sour fruity, puckering, bretty, woody, apricot, medium body and carbonation, very nice, really enjoyed, sample draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018 in Brussels.

0,15l taster at BXLBeerfest. light yellow cloudy color, very small white head. smells flowery, citric, elder flowers, bit earthy, spices. nice smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, citric, spices, peppery, grassy, bit doughy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, elder flowers and some peppery notes. rather decent one. 7, 4, 7, 3, 13
