Creamy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy very acetic aroma. Light bitter nice powerful acetic flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Cloudy straw yellow with a moderate white head. Aroma: wheat bread, lactic acid, wild notes. Similar taste. Fairly sour. Lively carbonation. Very crisp.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy, opaque golden with a tiny, fizzy white head that dissipates in no time. Fruity nose, lactic acid. Light body, fizzy, again fruity and slightly lactic tart. I don't really catch the American aroma hops, don't really see them add anything. 290120

Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Dean K. for this bottle! Murky reddish golden. Funky, barnyard, some lacto, fruitiness, sourish, dry, a bit of graininess, bitterish note, lively carbonation. Good.

On tap at Amager Bryggen. Cloudy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma of white bread and citrus with a touch of brett. Dry and tart fruity flavour with spice, citrus, brett and herbs. Fabulous. Not your everyday craft beer Berliner

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours almost clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, light sourness, light brett, grassy hops, tart fruit, citrus, lemon. Flavor is light sour, light bitter, wheat, light brett, grassy, light spicy hops, fruit, citrus. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry finish. 021019

Draught @ Protokoll Aroma has lemon and some malt. Flavour has sour cream, tart lemon, some malty notes and hints of milk. A solid berliner!
