hazy dark brown, smooth yellow head. aroma is malty, flowery. flavor is dried fruity, sweet malty. bit cloying

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and light roasted breadish to caramelish. Sweet malty, caramelish and toasted malty. Sweet tosted malty and caramelish finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy orangey brown with a creamy beige head. Lovely dark pruney aroma, brown sugars and quite some booze. Rich body, again dark dried fruits, quite some chocolate and a good hoppiness. Lovely. 130612

Bottle @ FOneFan. Dark brown/red with small tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dried fruits and toffee. Flavour is malt, yeast, dried fruits, sweet, sugar, caramel, chocolate, toffee and a little bitter.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Ruby chestnut with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, dried fruit, cherry, marzipan and brown sugar. Sweet caramel and fruit flavour with yeasty notes and a faint hint of roasted malt in the finish

Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours dark ruby amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Dark fruit, caramel, yeast and spices. Full bodied. Sweet and waming. A bit of chocolate.

4th June 2010 - bottle at Brasserie 4:20. Cloudy brown beer. Good frothy off white head. Light sweet malt with sugary fruit undertone. Finishes dry with a little pepper. 3.3

15th July 2017
Opaque dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Palate is airy, fairly dry and has decent carbonation. Some creamy sweet malts, trace of dark chocolate. Tangy red wine into caramel and toffee. Light dry finish. Hangs together well.

piuttosto scura note fruttate caramello leggere tostature in bocca molto morbida alcol poco percettibile tendeza dolce ma piuttosto bilancata da un amaro un po agrumato
