On tap at Steamworks Mount Pleasant. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Lots of chocolate and salted caramel on the nose. Flavour has dry roasted malts, dusty cocoa, very light salted caramel, and a touch of dried fruit. It's fine for what it is, but still pretty one-dimensional.

473ml can. Pours a clear dark brown with red hue and a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of caramel malt, milk chocolate and earthy yeast. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, milk chocolate, earthy yeast and salt in a dry, mild bitter, day-old coffee finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Almost too sweet, but still tasty and and enjoyable.

Poured from the tap. Dark brown with very minimal beige head. Salted chocolate (the good part of the beer) with a thin body and slightly fruity feint tartness.

On tap at the brewery. No head, dark brown nearly black body. Soft sweet grape on the nose. Flavour is more plum, followed by sugary molasses. Medium finish. Okay but nothing to look at.

On tap at Sir William's Pub, Ljubljana. Pours pitch black, topped with a medium small, coffee cream coloured head, not so lasting. Medium roasted nose, some cappuccino notes and hints of chocolate that gets more noticeable later on. Very creamy and fully body. Silky smooth. Medium chocolate sweetness, more cocoa-like later on. Hints of bitterness. Short gentle aftertaste. Slight salty kick in the finish. Nice one. Very nice one.

On tap at William's pub, Ljubljana. 21st birthday party! Shared with lovely Anja. Dark brown, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity and roasty. Quite salty, nicely roasty, dark chocolate, very dry. Medium body, soft and silky, smooth and drinkable, good balance. Salty coffee finish! Satisfied!
