Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, citric, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, light coriander, soured milk notes. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, wheat, citrus - citric, sour citrus - sour milked, witbier yeast, light spicy coriander, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200603]

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of citrus, yeast, banana and phenols. Pours hazy straw color with medium soapy white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet bready and yeasty with banana peal and clove note, following is grassy, mild fruity and medicinal, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. It’s not far from being really good...

Keg at To Je To Caffe Bar, Split, 27/04/19. Light yellow with an off white covering. Nose is citric zest, grass, light breads, herb. Taste comprises light banana bread, trace of lemon rind, straw, clove, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok hoppy Hefe.

On tap at Cajt, Zagreb. Hazy yellow, white head. Bit spicy, some banana, yeasty, refreshing, sweetish. Soft texture. Medium bodied.

Cloudy yellow. Aroma is scallops marille fruity hops banana slight esters. Taste is shallow wheat. A little watery. Drinkable but not balanced. Ok.

On tap at Horvati Zagreb. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, pleasant citrusy yeasty nose. Mild wheaty, lemony and slightly spicy with touch of fruits and mild citrusy finish. Bit flat but ok brew.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Shared with lovely Anja. Murky to opaque straw in colour, small to a medium lasting creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, estery, citrusy, quite phenolic, slightly pungent, wearing out in time. Clears out with peppery and clove phenols, zesty. Medium body, soft fruity, biscuity, creamy. Peach, orange, cream. Some sweetness. Light spicy finish. Not without a mistake, but a nice light weizen.
