Bottle, 0.75l, shared with colleagues. Aroma of roasted malt, cocoa, spices and alcohol. Pours almost black color with thin creamy light brown head and fair lacing. Taste starts with light sweet roasted malt, chocolate and wood, following is mild fruity, grassy, herbal and spicy, mouthfeel is warm and rather dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Nice but a bit plain...

Pours pitch black, topped with a fairly small, creamy head, pretty lasting. Gentler nose with chocolate and some spice, slight woodiness. More pronounced chocolate later on. Pretty spicy taste, quite yeasty as well with some chocolate sweetness. Medium bitterness. Yeasty aftertaste with some coffee presence as well. Has that Belgian character. Slight alcohol warmth, very gentle. Not for me, really.
