Žerouc je nezahtevno ale pivo, okus pa temelji na sladnih karamelnih notah. Zaznati je tudi rahel okus po medu, ki v ustih pusti suh okus in zahteva nov požirek. Uporabljen je češki hmelj Saaz, ki je značilen za njihove ležake, okus pa je nežen in travnat. Pa saj na koncu koncev je vseeno. Kdo pa sploh bere?

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of caramel, flowers, honey, faint stone fruit and berries. Pours cloudy amber color with large soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet caramelly with slightly tart citrusy note, following is floral, honeyish and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and carbonation in palate. Not rare but well done...

Pours slightly hazy, darker amber colour and topped with a smaller foamy offwhite head that leaves a lovely lacng. Gentle malty aroma with caramle. some honey and fruity sweetness to go along it. Milder malty sweetness with caramel with some honey presence, gentle hoppy bitterness, grassy. Gentle aftertaste. A bit watery body.
