On tap at Čokoljana (Chocolate festival), Ljubljana. Pours extra hazy and pale straw colour, topped with a fluffy white head. Aroma of apples just slightly soury and new wine. Apple sweet-soury tste, no sugary presence. Pure apple natural character. Fresh feeling. A bit more on the sour cider side.
