Inspired by ancient Belgian sour beer, our Lambic is simple and to the point. The beer gets its intense sourness from the wild yeast and bacteria used in fermentation.

Bottle, 0.75l, courtesy of Dalibor, shared with colleagues. Aroma is vinous, citrusy, musty and funky. Pours hazy dark golden color with medium sized frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Tastes sour citrusy, vinous, mild funky and unfortunately very sweet. Medium body, sticky texture and lively carbonation in palate. Too sweet, otherwise pretty nice...

On tap at the brewpub. Pours Almost clear golden-yellow, topped with thin white head. Intense soury nose with wine cellar feeling, gentle fruitiness along. Solid and fresh sourness with gentle leather feel. Slightly tart finish. Dry feeling all over it. Gets a bit sharper in acidity and funkiness later on. Still very nice and interesting.
