Botted. Hazy coppery brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is yeasty, some dried fruits, syrup some toasted wood and mild chocolaty tones. Flavour pretty much has the same elements, but the yeasty spiciness dominates. Smooth.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of caramel, grass, dark fruit and yeast. Pours hazy brown amber color with thin creamy tan-like head, nice lacing, floating yeast particles and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and toasted malt, following is faint fruity, herbal and yeasty, mouthfeel is smooth mild spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Doo-blah-blah...

Pours hazy coppery brown, topped with thinner beige head. Initial yeasty nose with soem spices, dry fruits and caramelized sugar. Strong malty base, starting sweet, followed by solid spiciness and medium bitterness in the finish, accompanied all the time by yeasty tatstes. Nice and real Belgian character, but held back to make it more easily drinkable.
