Bottle, 0.75l. Aroma of clove, aniseed, roasted malt and chocolate. Pours pitch black color with thin creamy light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with rich roasted malt and chocolate, follows by dried fruit acidity and whiskey, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Loyal winter companion...

Bottle, 750 from Pivoljub. Shared with rest of the crew. Pours dark brown with medium tan head. Roasted malts, malty, chocolate, sweet, bitterish finish. Bit rough around the edges. Medium bodied.

Bottled 750ml. -Black coloured, medium sized brown head, slightly vinous and spicy nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, spices, touch of vanilla and quite noticable alcohol. Mild roasty and chocolate finish. Nothing more nothing less than ok.

Pours pitch black, topped with a smaller cream colored head, slowly settling. Inviting dark chocolate nose with some gentle cinammon and cloves, later on some more noticeable roastiness. Full body starts roasty, followed by a very solid, a bit sharp bitternes of yeasty-spicy character. Lasting aftertaste. Nicely hidden alcohol level. Smooth.
