On tap at Ljubljana Beer and Burger Fest, October 2017. Murky amber, small off-white head. Malty, fruity, light caramel, dried fruit and toasty aromas. Mostly sweet with a nice hoppy balance. Medium body, creamy texture, moderate carbonation, light finish. A nice example that doesn't go much higher than average.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of caramel, toasted malt, dark fruit and grass. Pours hazy brown amber color with thin creamy tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light to medium sweet toasted malt, following is grassy and mild fruity, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is very mild bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Smooth, toasted, but not hoppy as amber ale should be. Nice try, but no cigar...

On tap at Pivo & Burger Fest in Ljubljana. Pours hazy, dirty coppery, thin white head. Gentle malty nose with some biscuits and berries. A bit too gentle. Malty taste, gently sweet with biscuits and a hint of caramel. Gentle peppery bitterness in the end. Lots of carbonation. Medium light. Simple.
