Bottle, 0.75l, shared with CanCrusher. Aroma of yeast, lees, wine and wood. Pours cloudy orange amber color with medium creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Tastes sour vinous, fruity, lactic, woody and mild funky with crisp and dry mouthfeel. Medium body, close to creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Excellent beer upgrade with wine characteristics...

0,75 l bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with huge white effervescent head. Aroma is mix of sourness, malt, yeast, citrus mixed with wild yeast barnyard funkiness that comes from wine barrels. As the beer warms up wine barrel character steps forward. Taste is mix of yeast sweetness and light sourness with some light bitterness. Body is light to medium, texture is almost creamy with lively carbonation.

A 0,75l bottle. Pours a fiery orange color, topped with a thinner just offwhite head. Aroma as you’d expect, soury-wine notes supported by some citruses and barnyard, with just a touch of spices. Taste follows with soury driven feel, but not too hardcore to overpower beery feel of the saison. Lighter body with superb freshness and drinkability. A very lovely wine-beer hybrid. Definitely one of the best brewed here.
