Second bottle of Thomas Hardy I’ve opened, second with absolutely no carbonation whatsoever. I have no idea who distributes TH in Northeast GA, but go fuck yourselves.

25 cl bottle @ Naamat. BBE 04.10.2027 Bottle #04581 Aroma has tart berry juice and swwet malt. Flavour has tart berry juice with sweet malt in the background. Probably this has found source of contamination from the barrel. Luckily the tartness fits here somehow.

Bottle from Saveur Biere. Clear dark red brown with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, heavy dried fruit, wood and light whisky. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 300519

Bottle @ Mr Orla Going Barley, Ratebeer Odense. Pours amber copper with no head. Massive bourbon and wood in the aroma. Sharp woody note. But very vinous and tasty flavor. Vanilla and caramel and wood. Straight forwarded and perhaps one dimensional but tasty nevertheless.

Bottle @ Mr Orla Going Barley, Ratebeer Odense. Hazy amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with wood and a big bourbon character. Sweet malty flavour with caramel and vanilla and a lot of bourbon

Bottle shared at Craft beer co Islington. 18/12/2018. Many thanks! A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, swet, meaty, sour, tangy, cola, cube., bruised apple, . . Salty , tangy green apple. Moderate carbonatin. . Nice.
