Bottle at home. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, grass, Nelson Sauvin hops. Flavour is medium bitter and rather dry. Simple but effective Nelson Sauvin APA, very grassy and crisp.

Pours a fairly clear amber golden color, topped with a medium sized white head, non lasting. Sweet fruity notes very noticeable. Exotic fruits and elderflower, which is quite distinct. Taste is moderately bitter throughout with mild citrusy soury feel. Not a bad one, not spectacular either.

Butelka 0.5l (15.01.2016). Piwo wyraźnie zmętnione o złocisto-miodowej barwie, białej, delikatnie przybrudzonej pianie, szybko redukującej się praktycznie do zera. Aromat świeży, owocowy z nutami świeżo wyciśniętych winogron zbieżny do bukietu białego wina, nuty tropikalne gdzieś daleko na drugim planie. Może niezbyt intensywny ale charakterystyczny. Białe owoce w smaku podkreślone ziołowo-owocową (tropikalną) goryczką o umiarkowanym natężeniu, krótką i niezalegającą, lekko ściągającą. Piwo wytrawne z delikatną słodyczą w posmaku i subtelnym cierpkim finiszem. Orzeźwiające i wytrawne, bardzo pijalne choć całkiem pełne w odczuciu jak na dwunastkę.

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with David. Pours hazy amber orange with thin creamy off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus, grapes, mango and resin. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel maltiness, following is refreshing fruity and resinous, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. A bit too mild and not enough hoppy...
