Keg at the Kings Arms - Hackney. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Big funky nose, ample brett, lemon peel, musty hay bales. Light sweet flavour, drying, with more strong brett, grassy bitterness, straw. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Dry finish, some lemon rind, grapefruit, more grass, straw. Good stuff.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of wheat, yeast, brett and sweat. Pours hazy deep straw color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy, following is yeasty, funky and grassy with stone fruit notes, mouthfeel is dry and mild spicy, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Funky as hell...

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is fizzy candy, apple candy, not convincing. Taste is green berries, candy, yoghurt, apple candy. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Too fizzycandy for me.

Draught Thinnish white head, leaving lacerings over clear pale golden beer. Farmyard odours, floormop Brett, but also chamomille, fragrant herbs & hops, lemonblossom, limepeel. Dry with spicy-herbal flavours; again all the farmyard jumble. Flowery and just a touch of fresh hops. Light, refreshing but a tad undercarbonated from the tap. Surprisingly good! Light easy drinking beer that rocks! 7/4/8/3/15
