Draft tasting glass @ Gollem. Citrus golden, soapy white head. Nose is lacto, sour egg whites, lacto dough, bit stinking,… Taste is lacto, egg white, yoghurt, low rotten eggs, alternative grains, sour quinoa low dirty, lactco,… Interesting, more a USA sour than any grisette / saison, fair basic bit dirty lacto, way less sour / puckering than most USA sours though.

Bottle, 4%. Clear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, brett, hop, floral and citrus. Flavour is malt, brett, hop, little sweet, little citrus, little floral, little perfume and medium dry.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - golden yellow coloured pour with white head. Fruiry and floral with some hoppy notes, bretty, lemon citrus, slight grapefruit squeeze, light funk, some straw, medium to light body, floral and light herbal finish.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is bretty and barnyard. Slight fruity. Crisp fruity. Bitter and smooth fruity. Bretty and mellow. Lingering fruity finish.

Bottle shared with Ryan and poured into a tulip showing well filtered pale straw with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced tart notes of straw with lighter notes of grass and citrus. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart and very acetic with notes of light apricot and peach. Clean and refreshing.

cloudy light white head. Dry nose with funky Belgian yeast nose, and rye, nice citrus character and slight sourness. Lovely nose. Modestly tart, big brett and rye character. Slightly creamy mouth feel. Funky dry, Light tart and bitter finish. Super refreshing. Excellent

Tap at Imazato. Pale gold, cloudy, low lacy head. Funky brett nose, lemon, grapefruit, very funky. Soft, citrusy flavor, lots of bretty grapefruit, not really sour at ll, just dry, mild. Delicious.

Tap at the Imazato Japan launch. Cloudy light gold, foamy eggshell white head. White pepper, herbal and tangy fruit aroma. The taste is similar with wheat and a tangy stone fruit sourness as well. A lovely golden sour beer, that isn't as in your face as Cranbarrel making it more quaffable though less complex.
