750ml bottle. Rosé wine-like colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Tart-ish, fruity, minimally tangy aroma, notes of raspberry with earthy and fruit acidic aspects, tangy overtones with a touch of mustard seed. Taste is tart-ish, fruity, fruit acidic, notes of raspberry, tangy hints of mustard seed, a touch of brine. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Rather clean, simple, refreshing - OK.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Max, Stas & Lior D. Hazy orange. Lots of berries, funk, some flowers, a bit of caramel, sourish, a bit citric, sweetish note. Very good.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Hazy red with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries, tart and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 190518

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours hazy pink, minimal white head that dissipated. Sour raspberry nose. Super tart and tangy on the palette, masking the raspberry with a vinegary, sharp flanders red character. Could do with more fruit, but otherwise quite a flavoursome sour.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 23 Feb 2018) Orangey red colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of raspberries, red fruit and some barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, rhubarb, red fruit and a fresh acidity in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty, with lots of raspberries and a refreshing tartness. Nice one.

Tap @ Dunkbar, Odense. Pours Hazy pinkish with a White head. Vinegar, Slight acetone, red berries and funk. Unrefined and Quite Messy compared to the Bottle Trois Dames ive had.
