Dit fruitbier heeft een blond bier als basis, waaraan aardbei, cranberry en guave zijn toegevoegd. Het bier heeft duidelijk de geur van aardbeien, waardoor een zoet smakend bier wordt vermoed. Echter is dit bier zurig van smaak, waarbij de cranberries de boventoon voeren en een lichte kruidigheid van de guave naar voren komt. Een regelrechte mindfuck!

Light brown colour with thin head. There's some fruity notes but also a yeasty, spicy note like pink peppercorns. Has a Saison feel.

Shortlived, fine cream head over finely carbonated dull reddish copper beer. Fruity nose, rather sweetish smelling, hint at overripe fruit, manure, fallen wet leaves, caramel. More tart in the flavour, cranberry is there with a very mild tartness, but as everything very lightly so; hint of exotic fruit. Faint fruity sweetness in the background... overripe, bruised strawberries. Light, quite carbonated, fruitslick and a tad watery. Oh well...

Geprobeerd met Roelzie1986 op Schenk Speciaalbier festival in Aarle Rixtel. Het is een licht troebel oranje rood bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een fruitige wat zurige geur. De smaak is aarbeien achtig licht zoet en zurig.
