A dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth and hazy body. Bittered lightly with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. We also added T90 Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic in dry hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango, passion fruit and pine.

Appearance is golden with some haze, a 1-finger white foamy head. Aroma- tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, orange, hint of caramel, stewed fruit, hop resin. Taste- sweet fruit, hops, grassy hints, pineapple, orange peel, hop bitterness, juicy fruit, sweet finish, but some underlying clinging bitterness. Nice.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale amber, mid sized head. Aroma of salted grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Salty and piney, some syrup. Mildly resinous, really bitter finish. Unpolished.

Burk från SB. Gulfärgad, disig med vit krona. Smak och doft av ganska typisk juicig New England-IPA som förutom den typiska fruktigheten från tropisk frukt även ger ganska stora givor av grönare och gräsiga toner som ger lite skärpa och bett till den mer rundiga juicigheten. Gott.

330ml Can - Hazy light amber in colour. Peach, grapefruit, apricot and a hint of caramel in the aroma. Peach, hop resins, apricot, orange and some herbal notes in the taste. Gentle bitterness and easy to drink.
