Bottle from Beer Zoo. It pours cloudy orange with a foamy white head. The aroma is bright banana character, banana split, nougat, warming spice, clove rock, cola cubes, hay and cereal. The taste is firmly dry, grassy, some bitterness, green banana, banana split, melon, warming spice, clove, cereal, pithy, zesty orange action, tangerine peel, hint of soap, herbal accents and some light tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Flavourful and balanced. Nice weiss beer.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before August 2019. Hazy, golden yellow with a remarkably thin, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity-floral, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit grassy aroma of banana, clove, quince, gooseberry, pear and a touch of vanilla. Just slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, moderately fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, wheat, pear and some citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly grassy and a bit chalky finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly creamy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Weizen, very pleasant but not as hoppy as expected.

Süffiger, bananig hefiger Beginn. Wässrig bitterer Mittelteil, erhöhte Karbonisierung, unausgewogen. Bitter bleibend, wässriger Hintergrund, laff. Man ist besser von der Brauerei gewöhnt. 8/8/7/7/9/7

Drucken på fat på Zum Fransiskaner. Se föregående recension. Bra lite torrare hefe med lite mindre banan och kryddighet vilket funkar mycket bra. Gott

Draught at Ammutson, Vienna.
Orange, hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, slightly yellowish head.
Aroma of vanilla, banana cake, spices, wheat, some dried fruits, slight citrus.
Tastes quite similar, while with the spices more dominant, some hops.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes quite dry, spicy, yeasty, a bit sweet, wheaty, hoppy, with banana, slight dried fruits.

Very nice. The nose is really lovely, even reminds me a bit of my favourite Hefeweizen from Weihenstephan. Taste is a bit too much on the spicy side for me, while still very fresh to drink.

Draft at Ammutson in Vienna. Staff swore that this is a different recipe than the Gans Weiss from Ganstaller, but I suppose admins can confirm or refute that, and alias this if need be. Hazy to cloudy yellow color big fluffy white head. Clove aroma. Taste is clove dominated with light bubblegum. Tasty but not quite as complex as the Gans Weiss.Earlier Rating: 3/10/2018 Total Score: 4.4At the source courtesy of Andreas, thanks! Shared with SinH4 and CS. Hazy to cloudy golden orange color white head. Aroma of clove, banana, bubblegum. Taste has mixed spice, citrus, bubblegum, lightly funky mixed summer fruit. The best finish of any weissbier I've had. Amazing.
