750ml bottle bottled Oct 2018. ABV 6.6%. Sourced from Corks in Bedminster. Pours misty golden with a white cap. Aroma: fruity, yeasty, mellow funk, lemon, apple. Taste: light to moderate tartness, clean, dry, with lemon, tangy apple, gooseberry, gentle vinous vibes in the background. Medium body with average carbonation. Lovely, almost like a clean geuze

0,75 flaske, den andre av to fra Burning Sky denne kvelden pรฅ Mi2 Cardinal okt-20: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Ganske lik den forrige (Les amis du brassage) men med tydeligere maltkropp og litt mindre krydder.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of horse stable, lemons, some malty notes. Tastes slightly sour with some sweetness. Medium bodied, highly carbonated, dry finish.

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is nice mellow funk, white grape, green citrus, vinous grape, mellow lacto, spicy funk. rubber. Flavour is composed of tangy lemon, green citrus, vinous fruit, lactose light, mellow funk, horse. Palate is crisp, dry , prickly sour, highish carbonation.

750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.6%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of spices, saison yeast, dry white wine and oak. Dry and quite sour flavour with the same elements as the aroma, hints of white wine vinegar and apple cider vinegar.

8-4-7-5-15 Bottle, almost two years after bottling. Pours hazy yellow, with an enormous creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart yeasty notes of hay, with white wine grapes, berries and floral bretty notes, as well as some citrus, farmhouse and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast with hay, grassy notes, grapes and white berries, as well as floral bretty notes, farmhouse and wooden barrels.
