Mollusca is an Imperial Stout brewed with 11 different malts which was then re-fermented on orange juice. Once finished, we added orange peel, cacao nibs and vanilla for a sweet and chocolatey experience.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Can procured from the Rusty Bucket Pub, drank at home. Black pour with a light tan head. Nose of dark chocolate orange, sweet tobacco, light smoke. Flavours of dark chocolate orange, orange zest, more sweet tobacco. Terry's (Rowntrees or whoever makes the damn things!) Orange Matchmakers in the aftertaste. Interesting.
