Draught @ Mikkeller Bar (Aarhus), Jægergårdsgade 61, st., DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As To Øl Santas Secret ].Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, malt, light chocolate Xmas spices ala cinnamon - cardamom. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, spicy, Xmas spices, chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark brown with beige head. Aroma of coffee, chili, chocolate spices. Tastes sweet with little bitterness. Medium bodied.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Storsteinnes. Drukket på Bergstua. Mørk amber. Høyt luftig skum med litt farge. Daler sakte. Spotlacing. Lett lakrisaroma. Smaken det samme. Vel søt. Grei - men uvariert.

330 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Dark brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of brown malts, chocolate, caramel, mild coffee, cinnamon and cardamom. The medium sweet flavour has the same elements as the aroma. Moderate hops.

330 ml. bottle @ Beerlovers Bar. Dark brown, tanned head. Lots of milk chocolate, lactose, chocolate coffee, sweet coffee with low roast, caramel, sweet, very nice sweet chocolate milk, sweet coffee treat, low roast, finish is cardamom quite cardamom forward but it works out greatly, cinnamon is barely there but it works very nicely low coffee roast. Great.

Pours caramelly brown. Small white head. Smell is cardamom, super intense and straight forward. Taste is bit spiced, more balanced than expected. Cardamom, some cinnamon. Mild bitter touch. Tad sweet. Brown chocolate, but not lactic. Pretty ok. Too overpowering cardamom in the scent though.
