Draft. A hazy dark red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of peppermint, caramel, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet caramel, yeast, wood, brettanomyces, malt, and fruits, leading to a tart finish.

Bomber from the Folsom BevMo. Pours translucent copper with a creamy/bubbly beige head. Wow! Spicy/earthy/? for aroma.Med body. Flavor is sort of earthy citrus. With some grungy malt and yeast/spice. With some "fresh" light pitted fruit. Certainly a new taste thrill for me. Finishing dry, earthy and somewhat bitter. Very hard to break down flavors for description. Let this suffice: If you like something different, you should like this.
