Bottle. Close to clear in the glass, lightly sparkling and golden in color. No head, but some white bubbles on top. Clean aroma with apple juice, some apple cores and a pleasant grassy, lightly yeasty touch. It's medium bodied and dry. Not bone dry or tart, just dry. A bit heavy on the carbonation perhaps. Apple juice, yeast notes and some grass in the flavor. Some funky leathery, barnyard-ish notes show up in the very end, but very subtle. Sure a pleasant cider. Maybe a bit clean, but it's both tasteful and quenching, and downs easily. 171005

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Pale golden colour, pours moderately sparkling. Aroma of sweet dessert apples and candy, hints of sweaty socks. Medium sweet flavour, notes of dessert apples rather than cider apples, but lacks a bit of freshness. Not really bad, but there are better ciders available, so this is not one I’ll buy again.

Clear golden color with a whole lot of bubbles. No head. Rich apple aroma. Medium body, and a bit to rich carbonation level. Pleasant acidity and a bit dry ending. Pure apple flavor. Maybe a bit to close to apple juice from a grocery store.

From tap at Cirkus 08.05.17 with JMD, ORH, HF and AH. Very clear and very pale golden. White head and lacing. Good cider taste, with appropirate hints of sulphur and leather. Dry and slightly astringent mouthfeel bordering to waterish. Good drinkability, but perhaps a bit bland.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly sour-ish fruity, apple peel, apple juice, hay, yeast, grass, apple cores, citrus. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, apple cores, sorrel, hay, yeast, apple peel, sour apples, minerals, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough, nothing special.

500ml bottle (costing £14!) @ Hopyard, Oslo. Pours pale yellow, thin ring of bubbles. Aroma is pure cider apple juice, moderately sweet. Taste continues, nicely balanced with a good medium character and very minimal tannic activity. Not bad at all.

0.5l bottle, no batch nr. Looks like a cider for sure. Clearish and paleish golden in the glass without a head. On the nose it's slightly sweet white wine infused. Really mild but there are some wet apples in here for sure. A hint of dust. Mild, but not a bad aroma this. There's much more stuff going on in the taste. First of all its surprisingly thin bodied, near watery actually and soft to average on the bubbles. Sourish and apply in the taste. It's kinda both sour and a little sugar sweet. Tones of wood and musky wet autumn. Some apples that have fallen of the tree get these black spots, yeah? Well, this tastes a little like those black spots.
