Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Lervig Kringly Kris Spiced Ale ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, spicy, soapy, berry, clove, cinnamon, cardemom. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, soapy, dark malt, sweet malt, spicy, clove - cinnamon - cardemom, spicy bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20161223] 6-3-7-3-12

Draft. A hazy brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, spices, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of cinnamon, cardamom, spices, malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Mørk brun rødlig med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter julekrydder, nellik, noe karamell og kokte gulrøtter. Middels til lett. Krydder, noe pepperig, lett brent karamell med kort bitterhet i avslutningen.

Flaske fra Prix Austbøsletta, hjemme en lørdagskveld: dyp kastanjebrun farge med ok skum. Aroma og smak bærer tydelig preg av den anvendte krydderier, med kanelmogmkardemomme i førersetet. Behagelig bitterhet, og heldigvis ikke så søt som mange norske juleøl har en tendens til å være.

330 ml bottle, from Rema 1000, Tau. Hazy dark brown colour, low beige head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of malts and Christmas spices. Body as expected from a 4.7% beer. Nice maltiness without much sweetness, fairly distinct Christmas spices. Decent beer.

Bottle. Pours dark brown, with a two finger thick, off white head. Aroma is yule tide spices with cloves and cardamom, as well as roasted malts with bread. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is spices, cloves, burned sugar and leather, as well as roasted malts with lingering bread and toffee notes through the finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (ØJ-dag share 03/11/2016) - pours black with a beige head. Aroma and taste is roasted malty, charred malty notes, with cocoa, caramel, cocoa, hoppy backing, some Christmas spices in the finish.

Black color with a tan head. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a decent bitterness. Semi dry texture. Ok Christmas spiced flavor.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry spiced, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, dark malts, nuts, grass, ginger, hints of raisins and caramel. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, bark, minerals, grass, paper, cloves, cardamom, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.
