Keg at Skaal, CPH, 11/11/17. Rich mahogany brown with a well presented beige head. Nose is spice, clove, fruit loaf, nutty. Taste comprises winter cheer, nutmeg, candied fruit rinds, light spice, ginger snap biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough for the style.

Bottle, courtesy of Rebecca. Pours unclear brown. Aroma is Colafrschli, coke candy, cinnamon, cardamom, clove. Body is light, softly sweet and bitter, still some coke flavour left. Low carbonation, a tad watery. Still sweetish on the palate. Quite good.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, maybe plum, with cream colored irregular foam. Aroma is sweet, probably from the cinnamon, to me reminding of chewing gum. Body is fairly light, with moderate carbonation. Taste is sweet and spiced, low bitterness. Finish is too short.

Bottle, 4.7%. Good spicy aroma, cardamom, I guess. Clear dark brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is spicy with cardamom and clove. OK malt base, but fairly thin. I like the flavour, though.

Bottle. Pours clear clear dark copper brown with small beige head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and cloves and cinnamon. Bitterish, hoppy and spicy flavour with notes of roast and caramel malt. Herbal aftertaste with notes of yeast and mild acidic touches. Tastes like Unicum diluted with water.

Bottle. Amber body with a small tan head. Strong Christmas spicy aroma, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove. Flavor is basically like a liquid version of a Christmas cake. A bit one dimensional and lacks the more refined and balances as found in Underlig Jul etc. but it sure does the job and definitively gives a taste of Christmas.
