20.9.2017. Tap at Salon piva. Apricot and red wine are in your face right out of the glass. In taste it is even better, with medium-low apricot honeyish sweetness balanced out by medium-low lactic sourness and light tartness of the red wine, faint hint of wood. One of the greats. 4,6. Rerate 22.8.2024. Kindly shared by Cuso in his garden BBT edition, thanks! High carbonation, thin body. This aged really really well. Lots of apricot, aroma and flavour both, nice natural fermented character. Pleasant med-light sourness, rounded, soft. Only soft funk, mostly hay, grassy, yellow-green, not much barnyard. Very tasty, clean even, very good. 4,7.
