THT January. Hazy pale straw with white head. Sour lemon juice with peaty smoke injection. Sharp and nice. Unexpected aromas that work well. Well balanced sweet, sour and bitter. Medium body and average carbonation.

Bottle at THT January. Hazy light yellow golden with white head. Nice whisky on the nose. Lemon, smoke, ash, wheat, lactic sourness, earthy, lemon peel. Medium sour, almost medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied. Quite weird but interesting.

Tap at Hoppy Corner, Paris, 24th April 19. Pours a light yellow and hazy. Aroma is citrus, lemon sherbert, barrel, wood. Taste is really well balanced, lemon, some tartness, slight sour, the whisky adds some balance and complements the tart, liquor and barrel are subtle, really great and very drinkable.
