Draught at the brewpub. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of soy, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Taste of roasted malts, chocolate and coffee.

Keg at Fireside Inn, Rälla. Opaque very dark brown, mid sized beige head. Caramelly licorice aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, coffee and aniseed. Low-medium bitterness. Mild and soothing. Quite nice.

On tap. 5,2%. Pours a murky, dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Very chocolatey aroma. Medium-bodied, soft on the palate, again chocolatey, coffeish roast, malt bitter finish. Decent, but no biggie. 100716
