Bottle. Pours Black with a small collapsing beige head. Deep roast and vinousness. Coffee, vanilla, bourbon. Slick and vinous. Soft, warming and delicate with the coffee roast lingering. Amazing edition.

ABV: 14.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, rye, caramel, bread, dark malt, roasted - toasted, sweet malt, barrel, boozy, bourbon, malty, rich. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, rye, alcohol - bourbon, boozy, bread, barrel, rich, malty, roasted - toasted, ripe fruit - dried fruit. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light to moderate alcoholic. [20200627]

Bottle shared at DACBE New Year's share. Thanks to whoever brought this one. Pours a pitch black with a finger of brown foam that lingers, then dissipates. Massive dark chocolate, fudge and peppery rye aromas with oak as it warms. More peppery rye, light notes of cherry and faint vanilla underneath the rye and chocolate. Lingering bitterness and dark cacao nib with faint berry notes underneath. The rye is loud and in your face on this one, but I really enjoyed it.
